Nutritionist
At That Skin Clinic, we believe real skin transformation starts from within. Our skin health programs include a full consultation with our partner, Mooloolaba Pharmacy’s naturopath and nutritionist. Lucy takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to uncovering the root causes behind your skin concerns, not just managing the symptoms.
What a consultation looks like:
A naturopathic consultation with Lucy begins with a thorough exploration of your main skin concern, while also considering internal factors such as digestion, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and dietary patterns that can influence how the skin behaves. This comprehensive approach allows for a deeper understanding of potential underlying contributors.
By the end of the consultation, you can expect clarity around what may be contributing to your concern, along with personalised recommendations and clear next steps outlined in a treatment plan. This may include nutritional and dietary guidance, targeted supplementation, herbal medicine, and lifestyle recommendations, tailored to your individual needs.
If further investigation through blood testing or functional assessments is deemed appropriate and discussed with the client, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
About Lucy:
Lucy is a degree-qualified naturopath specialising in women’s health, with a focus on skin health, hormonal balance, gut function, and nervous system support. She takes an evidence-based, holistic approach grounded in education, individualised care, and realistic, sustainable strategies. Lucy is passionate about supporting clients to understand the underlying contributors to their skin concerns and achieve long-term outcomes they can maintain.
