  • How quickly will I see results?

    Yes. Every treatment and product plan is tailored to your skin type and sensitivity. Our team will ensure you're never overtreated or prescribed unsuitable actives.

  • What happens if I miss an appointment?

    We understand life happens. You can reschedule any appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice may forfeit that month’s treatment.

  • Is this membership safe for all skin types?

    While many of our treatments are suitable for a wide range of skin tones, some treatments (like IPL) may not be recommended for deeper skin types. We conduct a thorough consultation and test patch before beginning any course of treatment.

  • Can I join if I'm using active skincare?

  • Is homecare included?
