The best parking is underneath Sirocco Resort via First Street. Please note this is limited to 3 hours free parking. Alternatively, the Park N Go Carpark opposite Sirocco Plaza is another option.

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure all consent and medical forms are completed and up to date.

We kindly ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any signs of infection or viral lesions within the treatment area.

Your appointment time is important to us, and we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be accommodated, and the same fees may apply.

To ensure the safest and most relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that appointments be attended alone where possible.

Many of our treatments, including advanced laser procedures, require full concentration and a controlled clinical environment. Additional guests or children within treatment rooms can create distractions and compromise safety standards.

We also frequently have clients attending for relaxation-focused treatments and facials, so maintaining a calm and peaceful atmosphere is important to us.

As our waiting area is often unattended, we are unfortunately unable to supervise children. For the safety, comfort, and consideration of all clients, we kindly request that childcare arrangements are made prior to attending your appointment.

This policy has also been strongly recommended by our insurance provider to help us maintain the highest standards of care and safety.
